At Studio74 Design Ltd, our primary focus is to ensure that clients have an exceptional and seamless experience throughout the design process. Your requirements and requests are at the forefront of our approach, and we are dedicated to ensuring they are thoroughly understood and effectively implemented in the final design.
During our initial consultation, we will take the time to explore the specific objectives behind your design project. Furthermore, we will discuss the various platforms where the designs will be utilised, including literature such as brochures and flyers, digital platforms like social media and websites, as well as physical signage for buildings and vehicles. This comprehensive understanding of your needs will enable us to tailor our designs to fit your intended use perfectly.
For clients seeking a full or partial rebrand, we will conduct an in-depth assessment of your existing design materials and marketing literature. This will provide a foundation upon which we can build your new brand identity. To facilitate this, we will create a maximum of three distinct design concepts for you to choose from. Presenting multiple options will not only streamline your decision-making process but also help to clarify and enhance your company’s image.
For startups and existing businesses, the information required will differ slightly, often requiring a more detailed consideration of elements such as colour schemes, shapes, and overall design preferences. Regardless of your business stage, we will maintain the same practice of offering you a maximum of three unique design proposals to select from, ensuring that each option aligns with your vision.
Our timeline for delivering logo designs is structured efficiently; you can expect to receive the initial design concepts within seven days following our initial consultation. These designs will be shared with you via email, allowing you to review them at your convenience. After receiving the concepts, you will have approximately seven days to consider and select the design that best represents your brand and resonates with your audience.
Once you have made your selection, we will provide all agreed-upon designs in various formats suitable for both online usage and other marketing materials, ensuring you have everything you need to effectively promote your brand across all channels.
Your Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing Studio74 Design Ltd with a comprehensive brief that outlines their design and artwork requirements. This brief should include specific details about the desired elements, themes, colours, styles, and any particular messages or concepts the client wishes to convey. It is important that the wording is precise and clear to ensure that the design aligns perfectly with the client’s vision and expectations. Any necessary references, examples, or inspiration should also be included to avoid any misunderstandings during the creative process.
The client will
- Provide a clear project brief (including goals, audience, tone, content requirements, and any reference materials).
- Check all wording, content and website details.
- Supply all required content (e.g. text, images, logos, brand guidelines) in agreed formats and within the specified timeframe.
- Give timely feedback during the design process, including clear approvals or revision requests at each stage.
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe (e.g. within 2–3 working days) to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all materials provided (such as fonts, logos, and images) are owned by the client or properly licensed for use.
- Adhere to agreed deadlines for supplying information, feedback, or approvals.
- Review all deliverables carefully and notify Studio74Design of any required changes before final approval.
- Settle payments according to the agreed terms before final files are released
In addition to the above, the client must proofread all artwork and content to ensure that it is accurate before signing off on any artwork, designs, or literature. If there are any amendments, the client must highlight all affected areas and return them to Studio74 Design Ltd within 2 working days.

Payment Terms
Studio74 Design Ltd will generate and send invoices every month, expecting payment within a 14-day period from the invoice date. For all client project work, we require a 50% deposit prior to commencing any project activities. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and allows us to allocate the necessary resources and planning. Following the initial deposit, we will issue monthly invoices that account for the progress of the project, detailing the work completed and any additional costs incurred. This process will continue until the project reaches its completion, ensuring transparency and clarity in project financing throughout our collaboration.
Cancellation, Refunds and Late Payment Terms
Studio74 Design Ltd requires a notice period of 14 days prior to the agreed start date for any cancellations without incurring costs. If the cancellation occurs after this timeframe, please note that the deposit may be subject to deductions, as the time spent on project preparation is included in the deposit amount.

Studio74 Design Ltd has a clear policy regarding refunds: once a project or work has commenced, we are unable to issue refunds due to the nature of our services, as artwork is considered non-refundable.
In cases of late payments, please be aware that we will involve our designated Debt Collectors or Debt Recovery Agents. Any associated fees incurred will be added to your account with Studio74 Design Ltd. Each situation will be evaluated individually to determine the appropriate timeframe for resolution.
Additional Information
Please note that any modifications beyond the original quotation will necessitate a revised quote. Depending on the nature of the request, an invoice will be generated accordingly. Additionally, please be aware that a maximum of three submissions for changes will be accepted.
All designs are tailored specifically to the needs of each company. If clients wish to protect their design through trademark or copyright, they have the option to proceed with these processes at their own discretion and expense.
